Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers for Sales to join our dynamic team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our stock market services, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain stock market services and products. Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team. Follow up with prospects regularly to convert them into clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant information. Handle queries related to trading accounts, advisory services, and investment plans. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable stock market services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone. Basic knowledge or strong interest in stock markets and financial products. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce/Finance background is a plus). Prior experience in telecalling/sales in the stock market, banking, or finance industry.
