The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing information about courses, and assisting students through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admission inquiries. Counsel students about various courses, universities, and admission procedures. Follow up on leads, maintain call records, and ensure timely communication. Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs. Coordinate with the counseling team to schedule appointments and assist in conversions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling queries.
