Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team at Weddings Bazaar by Kalvin International Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to promote products or services.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling.
Meet sales targets and achieve monthly goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
