The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential candidates, explaining various government and private skill development programs, and motivating them to enroll. The role focuses on student mobilization, lead follow-up, and achieving admission targets through effective communication and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential candidates and inform them about available training programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, duration, benefits, and placement opportunities.
Maintain candidate data, record interactions, and follow up on leads to ensure admissions.
Coordinate with mobilization and counseling teams for registration and documentation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and mobilization targets.
Prepare and submit daily call and conversion reports to the team leader.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and regional language (English preferred).
Persuasive and confident with good interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Word, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented and able to handle targets under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or student mobilization (freshers welcome).
Preference: Candidates with experience in the education or skill development sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
