Explain course details, eligibility, duration, benefits, and placement opportunities. Maintain candidate data, record interactions, and follow up on leads to ensure admissions. The role ensures adherence to project guidelines, quality training delivery, compliance with government norms, and achievement of enrollment and placement targets. Key Responsibilities:1. Project Implementation & Management Plan and execute project operations as per the guidelines of NSDC/State Skill Missions or funding agencies. Monitor training center readiness, batch scheduling, trainer deployment, and assessment coordination. Ensure smooth functioning of centers from mobilization to placement. 2. Compliance & Documentation Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance as per project requirements. Monitor compliance with SOPs, audit norms, and quality standards. Coordinate with MIS and Quality teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely uploads on portals (e.g., SDMS, Kaushal Bharat, or project-specific portals). 3. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and manage Center Managers, Trainers, and Mobilization Teams across locations. Provide operational guidance and resolve escalations related to training, mobilization, or placement. Conduct periodic meetings and reviews with center teams. 4. Monitoring & Reporting Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrollment, attendance, certification, and placement ratios. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and funding partners. Conduct center visits and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables. 5.
