Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring various skill development and training projects. The role involves supporting project managers, maintaining records, communicating with training partners, and ensuring smooth execution of program activities as per guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of skill development and training programs.
• Support project teams in documentation, reporting, and data management.
• Coordinate with training partners, trainers, and beneficiaries for project activities.
• Maintain project files, attendance records, and reports for submission.
• Track project progress and prepare status updates.
• Help organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Communicate project information effectively among stakeholders.
• Ensure timely collection and entry of trainees’ and project data into management systems.
• Support in monitoring visits, audits, and compliance checks.
• Perform any other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the project manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Management, Social Work, or Education).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in working in the skill development and training sector.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Understanding of government or CSR skill development schemes (like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, etc.).
• Data handling or MIS entry experience (if any).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
