Position: Telecaller
Department: Administration / Admissions Location: Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial Public School Reporting To: Admin Manager / HR Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Role Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to school admissions, parent enquiries, and follow-ups with clear, polite, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to parents regarding admissions and follow-ups
Attend incoming calls and respond to school-related enquiries
Maintain daily call and enquiry records
Coordinate with admissions and admin teams
Ensure courteous and professional communication
Achieve assigned calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
Confident and polite communication style

Experience:

Fresher or up to 1–2 years of experience (school experience preferred)

Experience : 1yr to 2yrs
