Job Summary:

TeleSales Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for real estate projects.
  • Explain project details, features, and pricing to prospective customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Maintain and update the customer database on a regular basis.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
  • Follow up with interested clients and assist in deal closures.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
