Job Description

To generate online sales for the company by offering best possible jewelry to the customers.
Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales in adherence with process and quality standards.
To handle chat online and help customer in jewelry buying journey with an aim to increase online sales by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/comments in a timely manner.
Explain advantages and features of product / service offered stimulate customers interest.
Analyze customer preferences, buying behaviors and distribution trends online.
Provide feedback to Team Manager on prospects or follow up with the customers.
