Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented TeleSales Executive (Female) to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential customers, and driving conversions through effective communication and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for real estate projects. Explain project details, features, and pricing to prospective customers in a clear and persuasive manner. Maintain and update the customer database on a regular basis. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up. Follow up with interested clients and assist in deal closures. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries in a professional manner. Requirements: Prior experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities. Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
