Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a key role in developing and executing a Strategic Sales plan. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying selling possibilities. You will also be responsible for educating clients on benefits administration and new offerings, managing customer relationships, and growing existing accounts. Additionally, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a Strategic Sales plan - Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities - Educate clients on benefits administration and new offerings - Manage Customer Relationships and Grow existing accounts - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media - Identify and contact potential customers to create new business opportunities - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns - Negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Create frequent reports with sales and financial data - Update client and lead information in the respective database - Manage existing partnerships in Benefits and explore new partners - Assist with the development of brochures and other marketing literature - Organize and attend networking events - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences - Resolve clients" complaints - Craft polished written communications and deliver oral communications effectively - Collaborate positively with different stakeholders to secure support and implement recommendations in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role - Excellent communication skills - Comfortable reaching out to potential customers through various channels - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Experience in Insurance Products, banking loans, Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Investment houses, or Asset Management Company is a must.,
