Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for fully supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading corporate customers" networks and in-house servers. This includes installing and integrating new server hardware and applications, as well as keeping an eye out for necessary updates. Additionally, you will support and administer third-party applications, ensuring network security and connectivity. Monitoring network performance availability, utilization, and testing for weaknesses will be an essential part of your role. You will also be tasked with setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords, as well as resolving problems reported by end-users. Defining network policies and procedures, specifying system requirements, and designing solutions will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities.
