Job Summary: Roles and Responsibilities Setup Laptops, Desktops and peripherals and test network connections. Asset Inventory management Knowledge of IT Ticketing system. Install and troubleshoot various operating systems available (Windows / MAC / Linux). Troubleshooting of Escalated IT issues. Remote Support and troubleshooting for Work from Home users. Desktops / Laptops Security Applications and Support. Test computers regularly to ensure proper functioning. Patching OS and hardware. Handle daily technical support activities on Desktop / Laptop support. Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software, any other issue. Research for unknown and unlikely issues before escalating. Basic Cloud knowledge. Job Description: Maintain detailed asset inventory in Asset management tool Laptop/desktop Deployments and Break/Fix (Windows / MAC / Linux). Printer Deployments and Break/Fix. Hardware/Software installs and upgrades. Patch Management. User Support and Training. Manage IT Department documentation. Perform Preventive Maintenance. LAN Support. Active Directory support. Wireless devices deployment and support. Windows / Microsoft Application Support. Desktops / Laptops Security Applications and Support. Antivirus Management and Support.
