TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

As a Technical Support Engineer in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients/customers by troubleshooting, conducting online testing, and offering problem solutions. Your main duties will include providing support while adhering to SLA parameters, facilitating calls with customers to address technical issues, conducting initial troubleshooting and analysis, collaborating with backend teams to resolve customer issues, documenting queries via ticketing tools/email/calls, and ensuring timely responses to customers through various communication channels. Additionally, you will be expected to share periodic updates and feedback, maintain trackers and reports for stakeholders, adhere to team and organizational processes, manage tickets effectively, engage with customers, communicate across functions, and follow compliance and SOPs. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in B.E/B.Tech, possess 2 to 5 years of experience in the Telecom Domain, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of Linux, MySql, Oracle, Phoenix, and Hive, an analytical mindset, proactive attitude, ability to work in a 24x7 environment, and skills in planning and organizing.
