As a part of the role, you will be responsible for managing SEO and SMO projects for International Clients and leading a team. Your duties will also involve developing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance client traffic and ROI, as well as creating RFPs for clients. It will be crucial to effectively communicate strategies to team members, assign tasks to team members, and oversee account management tasks such as understanding client needs, devising internet marketing strategies, and fostering client relationships. Additionally, you will be required to train team members in various aspects of SEO and Online Marketing, boost team morale, and address any team grievances that may arise.,
