Your Mission at Atlan 🌟
- Be the technical backbone of our Support team — troubleshoot complex product, integration, and data stack issues for our customers.
- Reduce Engineering dependency by performing deep debugging and documenting clear, complete RCAs (root-cause analyses).
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to escalate issues and surface actionable insights.
- Contribute to process maturity — create reusable documentation, playbooks, and automation scripts that help scale support quality.
- Champion the customer experience — ensure every issue is resolved with speed, clarity, and empathy.
- Grow as a product and data expert — learn continuously across tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and beyond.
What Makes You a Great Fit 😍
- Proven experience supporting or troubleshooting SaaS, data, or integration products.
- Hands-on familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, service accounts, tokens, etc.).
- Understanding of modern data stack components — Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, BigQuery, dbt, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills — clear, empathetic, and structured.
- A strong ownership mindset — proactive, curious, and driven to deliver results without waiting for direction.
