Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and social media
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues
  • Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
  • Assist customers with RMA activities

Qualification:

  • Graduate

Technical skills:

  • Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)
  • Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
  • Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting Network related issues
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

  • Exceptional Probing Skills
  • Should have Excellent English writing Skills
  • Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills

Any Graduation and Immediate Joiners only.

Fluent Hindi and English.

Day Shift Only (9 AM - 6 PM).
