Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Smart Home & Commercial Automation (Turnkey Projects)
Location: [Specify City/Region]Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentExperience Required: 1–2 YearsQualification: B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics (preferred)Job Overview:We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for turnkey smart automation projects in both residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in sales or architectural sales. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and closing turnkey automation projects that include lighting, security, AV, home theatre, and smart building solutions.---Key Responsibilities:Identify, generate, and follow up on sales leads for smart automation turnkey projects.Engage with architects, consultants, builders, interior designers, and end clients to promote solutions.Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations tailored to residential and commercial needs.Understand technical requirements and provide customized automation solutions.Coordinate with design, project, and technical teams for solution feasibility and proposal preparation.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and BOQs.Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and latest smart automation technologies.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.---Requirements:B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (mandatory).1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation, AV, or architectural sales.Strong understanding of residential and commercial electrical layouts.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong networking skills with architects, consultants, and builders (preferred).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.Passion for technology and smart home/office innovations.---Key Skills:Technical Sales & Solution SellingLead Generation & Business DevelopmentClient Relationship ManagementNegotiation & Closing SkillsKnowledge of Smart Automation Systems (Lighting, Security, AV, HVAC, Home Theatre)No. of Opening - 2.
