About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India in the

    electronics and industrial sector

    .
  • Promote and sell a wide range of

    electronic components, electromechanical parts, and industrial automation products

    .
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with

    OEMs, EMS companies, distributors, and industrial clients

    .
  • Prepare and deliver

    quotations, proposals, and tenders

    , while negotiating terms to close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, principals, and internal teams to ensure timely pricing, product availability, and order execution.
  • Achieve assigned

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    .
  • Conduct

    market research, competitor analysis

    , and share insights with management.
  • Participate in

    industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events

    for lead generation and networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer information in

    CRM/ERP systems

    .



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields. MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
  • Experience:

     1–3 years in technical sales of

    electronic components, industrial automation, or electrical products

    .
  • Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of electronic components such as sensors, connectors, fuses, relays, power supplies, transformers, and automation solutions

    .
  • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
