Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and an organised individual to contribute to our sales efforts in paper and packaging segment. As part of the job, you will be required to join our Sales team based in Shakti Nagar, Delhi, India. Flexible working schedule is permitted based on productivity Key Responsibiliti e • Driving sales and business development of Kraft Paper and Plasterboard Liner (Gypsum Liner) in packaging and industrial appli cat ios • Approach new customers, set up meetings and build business rel a tins • Identify customers and capture leads through research and cold cal l/m essaing • Market sizing of products and devising sales strategy to achieve hig h er sles • Give technical presentations to potential customers, highlightin g u se cass of the products, including all com p any prducts • Manage price negotiations & client discussions around pro duct appication • Conduct trials and ensure timely delivery of samples to the c lient/ cnverters • Adhere to the defined sales processes by working bac k with ourin house operat i ons and fiance teams • Manage and execute orders through effective c oor dination wit buyer and logistics (wareho u se and transort) partner • Build good rapport and establish long term re lationship s wih customer/ converters • Maintaining professional and tech ni cal knowledge f products and competitors by attending educationa l w orkshops/ exhibito n s and reading rlevant literature • Weekly repo rti n g of work an d trac ing of KPIs / KRAs Requirements • Graduate; Background in Pa per or Packaging Saes will be preferred • Curiosity and Enth usi asm to learn and develp new product markets • Experience and working k nowledge of Excel, Powrpoint, Word and Gmail • Wil lin gness to learn new produts and its applications • Excellent communicationand email writing skills • Ability to effe cti vely collaborate with teammembers on a remote basis • Person with self v ehicle (two wheeler/ bike)

The ideal candidate should have relevant exposure to one or more of the following sectors: *Industry Preferences:*_ 1. *Construction Industry:* - Experience in selling raw materials to construction companies (infrastructure preferably) - Well-connected with clients in the construction sector. 2. *Paint, Coating & Ink Industry:* - Experience in sales of raw materials specific to the paint, coating, and ink segment. - Established network and relationship with key decision-makers in these industries. 3. *Plastic Industry:* - Demonstrated ability to sell raw materials (polymer additives) to plastic processing units and plastic master batch units. - Strong industry contacts and sales background in the plastic/ polymer sector. *Salary Structure:* • Entry-Level / Less Experienced: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA • Mid-Level / Experienced: ₹6 – ₹7 LPA • Senior-Level / Highly Experienced: Up to ₹10LPA _*(Note: For senior candidates, preference will be given to those who can generate leads from the beginning of their tenure.)*_ *Cross-Industry Candidates:* - Candidates from other industries (not listed above) may also apply. - Salary range for such profiles will be ₹3.5 – ₹4 LPA. - Candidate must be open to switching industries and learning about the raw material sales domain.
