Role & Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, performance-driven Sales Manager to lead strategic business development and drive high-value sales across both verticals. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury or premium product markets , excellent networking capabilities. key responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and architectural sectors Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and HNI/UHNI clients Drive sales targets and close high-value deals for both automation and architectural product lines Conduct client presentations, product demos, and site visits Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies Represent MIiPA SMART at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 1-4 years of proven sales experience in premium/luxury segments (automation, interiors, AV, lighting, or architectural products preferred) Strong network of industry contacts (architects, designers, real estate, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets Willingness to travel for business development Show more Show less
