Candidate should have an experience of minimum 5 years in sales of residential or commercial projects in the real estate industry Candidate should ensure that each segment and project meets the sales targets from channel partners He/she should develop a healthy investor database through channel partners and regularly update them with products and pricing
Candidate should be from real estate industry having worked at a senior level, preferably, an MBA with minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales of residential or commercial projects. Suitable candidates should have a proven record of achieving higher sales during past two years. Candidate will have to develop business plans and sales strategies, prepare action plans for effective lead management and sales execution.
