Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales team to achieve monthly targets through effective lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building with clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and developing strategies for approaching them.
Collaborate with other departments to develop targeted campaigns that drive sales growth.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels; convincing power to close deals effectively.
Strong cold calling skills with ability to generate leads from scratch; familiarity with CRM softwares.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with high energy level.
