Technical Sales Engineer

As a Technical Sales Engineer for the Bharuch region, your role will involve promoting and managing sales of FLIR Thermal Imaging Cameras and Megger Testing & Measuring Equipment within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for generating new leads, following up diligently, and ensuring successful lead conversion into business. Additionally, you will need to understand customer requirements and provide the best technical solutions tailored to their applications. This will involve conducting product presentations, solution discussions, and supporting customers with technical clarity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Promoting and managing sales of FLIR Thermal Imaging Cameras and Megger Testing & Measuring Equipment within the assigned territory. - Generating new leads, following up diligently, and ensuring successful lead conversion into business. - Understanding customer requirements and providing the best technical solutions tailored to their applications. - Conducting product presentations, solution discussions, and supporting customers with technical clarity. - Planning and executing joint visits with OEM teams for product demos, customer engagement, and project discussions. - Conducting on-site demos and trials to showcase product capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction. - Regularly visiting industries across Dahej, Jhagadia, Saykha, Ankleshwar, and Bharuch to develop new opportunities. - Maintaining a strong relationship with key decision-makers and end-users. - Preparing daily sales reports, visit updates, lead status, and submitting them to management. - Coordinating with OEM and internal teams for pricing, technical support, and after-sales requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred). - Strong understanding of industrial equipment, thermal imaging, and testing instruments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.,
