Responsible for housekeeping of all machines in the GFRP plant. He Strictly follow all Safety rules in GFRP plant . During line stoppage, ensure proper cleaning of the resin tank, turning off the oven heater, and shutting down all power supplies before leaving. Provide instructions to operators regarding roving rolls of different Tex, quality, and customer requirements. Responsible for training new operators on the shop floor and minimizing product rejection. Responsible for adjusting product length by using limit Switch of cutter as per customer requirements. Must fill out the daily checklist, follow work instructions, and complete the daily production report. Regularly check oven temperature, machine speed, and roving count at specified intervals.
