Responsible for housekeeping of all machines in the GFRP plant. He Strictly follow all Safety rules in GFRP plant . During line stoppage, ensure proper cleaning of the resin tank, turning off the oven heater, and shutting down all power supplies before leaving. Provide instructions to operators regarding roving rolls of different Tex, quality, and customer requirements. Responsible for training new operators on the shop floor and minimizing product rejection. Responsible for adjusting product length by using limit Switch of cutter as per customer requirements. Must fill out the daily checklist, follow work instructions, and complete the daily production report. Regularly check oven temperature, machine speed, and roving count at specified intervals. Carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management. Responsible for checking the weight of dry glass, short length issues, and the weight of hazardous materials, etc. Inspect the quality of the product and inform the QC team for FAI (First Article Inspection) when first piece comes out from the mold. Maintain discipline on the shop floor and ensure implementation of 5S activities. Report any major breakdowns to senior staff. Handover Charge to the next shift supervisor, sharing details about production status, quantity, QC issues, and any breakdowns.
