Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer – Bharuch Region
Location: Bharuch (Focus on Dahej, Jhagadia, Saykha, Ankleshwar & Bharuch)Products: FLIR Thermal Cameras, Megger Testing & Measuring InstrumentsKey Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Promote and manage sales of FLIR Thermal Imaging Cameras and Megger Testing & Measuring Equipment within the assigned territory.Generate new leads, follow up diligently, and ensure successful lead conversion into business.Technical Support & Solutions:Understand customer requirements and provide the best technical solutions tailored to their applications.Conduct product presentations, solution discussions, and support customers with technical clarity.Customer Visits & Demonstrations:Plan and execute joint visits with OEM teams for product demos, customer engagement, and project discussions.Conduct on-site demos and trials to showcase product capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction.Market Coverage & Territory Management:Regularly visit industries across Dahej, Jhagadia, Saykha, Ankleshwar, and Bharuch to develop new opportunities.Maintain strong relationship with key decision makers and end-users.Reporting & Coordination:Prepare daily sales reports, visit updates, lead status and submit to management.Coordinate with OEM and internal team for pricing, technical support, and after-sales requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred).Strong understanding of industrial equipment, thermal imaging, and testing instruments.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
