Managing the entire product line life cycle from conceptual design, sample mock-up, to final production. The Merchandiser will be responsible for working with our oduct Development team to make sure that the sales attract attention of customers with new design concepts as per recent market trends. Merchandiser will also be responsible to follow up with different stakeholders for better customer experience Appraising new product ideas and concepts; supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers and visiting relevant jewellery fairs. Introduce new products by developing plans with sales team and production. Skills : Excellent communication and Strong analytical & collaborative skills. Proficient in hand sketching out ideas and knowledge in design software (CAD, Photo shop, etc.) will be an added advantage. Should be able to understand customer preferences Should be good in market research techniques. Qualification : Graduate. Degree or Diploma holder in Jewelry Design with NIFT/SNDT similar institutes background preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in fine jewelry product development in Domestic Indian / Export Market.
