Studying and Sharing Product Packs to work on new developments and costing. Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost-effectiveness. Distributing new inspiration samples across factories for new developments and follow-up. First-time reviews of development samples to be sent to end customers ensuring aesthetics, packaging, and information are correct. Responsible for Weekly sample development tracking chart.
