As a Designer - Soft Home at Li & Fung, you will be responsible for creating new seasonal trends, developing artwork, and designing product sketches for soft home product lines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating Trend Decks and Presentations, creating new seasonal trends for soft home product lines, and updating presentation layouts. - Developing artwork based on trend research, art resources, or customer feedback within production standards for soft home products. - Designing 2D/3D sketches for general open line development and specific customer projects across all soft home product lines. - Conducting comprehensive trend and product research by visiting local stores, exploring online, collecting market insights, and performing competitive analysis. - Leading the creation of detailed tech packs for customer samples, ensuring quality standards and alignment with customer expectations. - Regularly updating tech packs based on customer-requested changes and maintaining accurate details for correct sample production. - Supporting Designers in revising sketches and creating line sheets with design updates for coherence and clarity. - Overseeing fabric sourcing and trim development through overseas communication. - Keeping competitor shop reports updated with the latest items, images, color variations, and pricing details to stay competitive in the market. - Tracking sample progress for timely delivery and demonstrating a strong sense of urgency in managing requests, deadlines, and workloads efficiently. Qualifications for this role include: - Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams. - Self-sufficiency in handling projects independently, multitasking, and meeting deadlines efficiently. - Advanced proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Candidates from Delhi-NCR will be preferred.
