Position: Designer - Soft Home Textiles Position Type: Full Time / Permanent Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant design experience Location: Gurgaon Computer Efficiency: Browzwear, CLO, Adobe Suite, Powerpoint Skills: Designing, Trend Decks, Production, Fashion styling, Trend Research, Adobe Lightroom, Concept Building, CorelDraw, Design Development Role and Responsibilities: - Generate Trend Decks and Presentations to create new seasonal trends for soft home product lines. - Develop artwork for soft home products based on trend research, art resources, and customer feedback. - Design 2D/3D sketches for open line development and customer projects. - Conduct trend and product research through market exploration and vendor collaboration. - Create detailed tech packs for customer samples and update them based on requests. - Support Designers in sketch revisions and create clear line sheets. - Manage fabric sourcing, trim development, and keep competitor shop reports updated. - Track sample progress to ensure timely delivery and demonstrate strong project management skills. Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities. - Collaborative mindset to work effectively with global teams. - Self-sufficient with strong multitasking skills and deadline management. - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Candidates from Delhi-NCR preferred.
