As a Designer - Soft Home Textiles at Li & Fung, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative designs and trends for the soft home product lines. Your main responsibilities will include: - Generating Trend Decks and Presentations, creating new seasonal trends and updating presentation layouts. - Developing artwork based on trend research, art resources, product references, or customer feedback within production standards. - Designing 2D/3D sketches for open line development and customer projects of all soft home product lines. - Conducting comprehensive trend and product research through various channels. - Leading the creation of detailed tech packs for customer samples and ensuring they meet quality standards. - Updating tech packs as per customer requests and maintaining accurate details for new samples. - Supporting Designers in revising sketches and creating line sheets with design updates. - Managing fabric sourcing and trim development through overseas communication. - Keeping competitor shop reports updated to provide valuable market insights. - Tracking sample progress, ensuring timely delivery, and managing deadlines efficiently. Qualifications required for this role include: - Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams effectively. - Self-sufficiency in handling projects independently, multitasking, and meeting deadlines efficiently. - Proficiency in software tools like Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Candidates from Delhi-NCR will be preferred.
