We are seeking a talented 3D CAD Designer to join our jewellery design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative 3D models of jewellery designs using CAD software. Your work will contribute to the production of exquisite.

The Senior Jewellery Designer will be responsible for creating bespoke jewellery designs, utilizing drawing and Corel Draw skills, staying updated with market trends in jewellery, and collaborating with various teams. Developing designs as per briefs. Complete all the designs with full technical specifications and work with the sourcing team to execute the design vision to life. Understand the manufacturing process for error-free products. Understanding market trends and client requirements. Develop innovative collections as per season. Communicate and collaborate with the various teams like CAD, Sales, QC, QA and Marketing to build relevant products. Attend weekly team meetings to discuss the progress reports of ongoing briefs and weekly targets as per new orders. Key deliverables Creating and developing designs for in-house production and client briefs. Profound in sketching and rendering Good Understanding of Corel Draw. Production Knowledge. Research work and Design trend forecast. Time management skills. Team Player/ Quick Learner /Design Aesthetics. Good communication skills. Viable candidate Graduate from NIFT or relevant Institutes with specialisation in jewellery 4-5 years of experience in jewellery design, Manufacturing and New product development Able to manage and interact with in-house teams and clients. Innovative approach, able to convert market trends into designs and innovation.

Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects. Knowledge of jewelry industry. Keep up to date on industry standards. Must have hand on any Jewelery software. To build standard CAD processes, and review outputs. Preferred who knows the taste of Domestic Market of Jewelery, has good knowledge of Jewellery Manufacturing, and has at least 5 years experience in the same field Qualification - Any Graduate, PG, IT Domain

Managing the entire product line life cycle from conceptual design, sample mock-up, to final production. The Merchandiser will be responsible for working with our oduct Development team to make sure that the sales attract attention of customers with new design concepts as per recent market trends. Merchandiser will also be responsible to follow up with different stakeholders for better customer experience Appraising new product ideas and concepts; supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers and visiting relevant jewellery fairs. Introduce new products by developing plans with sales team and production. Skills : Excellent communication and Strong analytical & collaborative skills. Proficient in hand sketching out ideas and knowledge in design software (CAD, Photo shop, etc.) will be an added advantage. Should be able to understand customer preferences Should be good in market research techniques. Qualification : Graduate. Degree or Diploma holder in Jewelry Design with NIFT/SNDT similar institutes background preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in fine jewelry product development in Domestic Indian / Export Market.

The Heritage Jeweller in the Merchandising Team plays a pivotal role in curating, conceptualizing, and ensuring the execution of exclusive collections. Role & responsibilities Design & Conceptualization Collaborate with designers and artisans to ideate Jewellery collections inspired by Indian heritage and global luxury trends. Infuse cultural significance and storytelling into designs to create meaningful pieces that resonate with clientele. Product Development Work closely with the design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution of designs, maintaining quality and craftsmanship. Trend Analysis & Market Insights Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovative heritage-inspired collections. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with marketing, sales, and retail teams to position collections effectively, ensuring alignment with brand positioning. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen to source premium materials and execute intricate designs. Merchandising Strategy Able to create a unique POV in this category - enabling a design language and craft that is unique and can stay relevant for years to come. Ensure optimal inventory levels and monitor collection performance to guide future merchandising decisions. Review and monitor category assortment performance and implement various action plans for improvement Establish pricing of the range to deliver target margins, volumes and value, including pricing harmonization across all categories Preferred candidate profile 5 to 8 years of experience in Jewellery design, merchandising, or product development, preferably in a luxury or heritage-focused brand. Hands-on experience in collaborating with artisans and managing end-to-end Jewellery production processes Bachelors degree in design, Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or a related field. A masters degree or certification in Luxury Brand Management or Design is preferred.
