Jewelry Merchandiser

As a well-established and fast-growing brand in the jewellery industry, we are known for our contemporary design, quality craftsmanship, and strong retail presence across domestic and international markets. To further our expansion strategy, we are looking to onboard a skilled Jewelry Merchandiser who can play a crucial role in strengthening our product planning and category performance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and trend-driven Jewelry Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end merchandising process. Your responsibilities will include assortment planning, design coordination, and product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should possess a strong aesthetic sense and solid analytical skills to drive product decisions that align with both our brand identity and commercial objectives. Your roles and responsibilities will involve developing and executing seasonal merchandise plans based on sales data, market trends, and customer insights. You will collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure the timely development and launch of collections. Conducting competitive analysis and trend research to support strategic product positioning will also be a key part of your job. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance, manage inventory levels, and recommend actions for slow-moving SKUs. Coordination with marketing and retail teams for product promotions, launches, and visual merchandising alignment will be essential. You will ensure that all products meet cost, quality, and delivery benchmarks set by the organization and prepare reports and dashboards on product performance and category insights. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Jewellery Design, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or accessory space. You should have a strong sense of trends, materials, and product aesthetics relevant to the jewellery segment. Excellent data analysis and forecasting skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising/planning software. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also necessary skills for this role.,
