Retail Jewellery Sales

As a Retail Jewellery Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering a superior customer experience and driving sales growth. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be your primary focus, along with maintaining a visually appealing showroom and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable jewellery pieces based on their needs. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of jewellery styles, materials, and pricing will be essential in assisting customers with their purchases. Achieving individual and store sales targets on a monthly basis will be a key performance indicator, alongside maintaining the cleanliness and visual presentation of the showroom. In addition to sales-related tasks, you will be responsible for handling billing, POS operations, and keeping accurate records of sales transactions. Educating customers on jewellery care and warranties will help build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Your role will also involve assisting in stock management, conducting inventory checks, and following security procedures to safeguard valuable merchandise. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of retail sales experience, with a preference for experience in jewellery sales. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, while graduation is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques are essential for success in this position. Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS operations will also be beneficial in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.
