Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and expertise. Daily tasks include assessing training needs, developing instructional materials, facilitating training sessions, monitoring the effectiveness of training programs, and leading leadership development initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
