Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities from corporates, individuals, and event planners.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calls, social media, and referrals.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Understand client requirements and design customized event packages.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for parties and events.

Event Coordination Support

  • Liaise with the operations and events team to ensure smooth delivery of client commitments.
  • Provide clients with professional advice on themes, budgets, and event planning.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
