We are currently seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business recruiter to generate new recruitment opportunities within the domestic Indian corporate market. The role will focus on sourcing and hiring for non-technical roles across various sectors.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business recruiter (non-Tech) to join our talent acquisition team. You should have a proven track record in recruiting for non-technical roles across various industries. You will collaborate with the CEO to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. The job would entail recruiting various Business & Customer Services roles - Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Development, Consulting, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Logistics, Social Media Marketing, Insurance and Banking Advisory, etc. Experience in Tech recruitment would be a plus.
● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Business positions, from sourcing to hiring.
● Utilize various recruitment channels including job portals, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
● Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback and updates.
● Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
● Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and market trends
● Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
● Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, offer letter preparation, and coordination of onboarding details.
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related Business field.
● Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business or Tech Recruitment.
● Experience with Job Portals such as Naukri, Linkedin, etc.
● Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Job portals, social media recruiting, networking).
● Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding.
● Familiarity with various assessment methods and interview techniques.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
● Strong negotiation skills.
