Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team and help attract top software development talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, sourcing methods, and will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the IT or software development industry. Strong understanding of technical roles and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results. Strong networking skills and experience with various sourcing techniques. Responsibilities Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various technical positions such as software developers, engineers, and IT professionals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Use multiple sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to job offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain an active talent pipeline for future technical roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on recruitment trends and technologies to enhance the recruitment process. Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
