Its vision is to reach to ‘Bharat’ customer segments, especially those that do not have easy access to the Indian financial systems, across geographies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Determine organizational needs and identify system requirements.
• Analyze large systems and break them down into smaller, manageable components.
• Plan and design technology system architecture in consultation with clients.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and project tracking activities.
• Communicate suitable products and system solutions to clients.
• Translate system requirements for software designers and developers, providing guidance throughout the development process.
• Recommend appropriate software, hardware, and integration solutions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of assigned programs and guide team members accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Conduct testing to ensure systems function efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership to plan future technology requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Experience:

• Proven work experience between 7-12 years as Technical Project Manager
• Hands-on experience in software development and system administration
• Knowledge of strategic IT solutions
• Extensive knowledge of networking systems
• Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, Java, SQL, Oracle, and C#
• Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, UNIX, and databases like MySQL
• Experience in cloud computing and cloud Technologies
• Implementation and design experience of lending platforms (LOS/LMS/LC)
• Planning and Forecasting project deliverables
