Requirements
12–20 years of total experience with 4+ years as a Project Manager handling multiple large-revenue projects and big teams
Strong development background with excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Agile PM
Mandatory experience in P&C Insurance domain (underwriting, claims, policy administration systems)
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
Hands-on experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Business or related field
Preferred
CSM / SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification
Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or other Agile scaling models
Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance standards
Experience with onshore–offshore delivery models

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
