Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore Job Type: Full-time / Night Shift Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team based in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a strong ability to resolve customer queries, and prior experience in an international voice-based support environment. This is a night shift role supporting international customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally. Understand and address customer concerns effectively and efficiently. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Log customer interactions and update relevant records. Escalate complex issues to internal teams where necessary. Meet and exceed key performance metrics (call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction). Adhere to night shift schedules and comply with company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process. Excellent English communication and listening skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. Comfortable working in night shifts . Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you an immediate joiner?
