Technical Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective) are conducted effectively.
• Guide the team and organization on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Monitor team velocity and capacity, and maintain visibility of progress through ALM tools like Jira.
• Assist with backlog refinement/grooming and prioritization.
• Participate and support PI (Program Increment) planning and other ART (Agile Release Train) events.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums for cross-team alignment.
• Manage technical programs for application infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements, processes, and best practices with a high level of innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience managing Infrastructure or shared services teams such as DBA (Database Administration), NOC (Network Operations Center), and Systems Platform Teams.

• Minimum 4+ years

  of relevant experience

  working as a Scrum Master

  or Agile Coach, with knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Good to have experience in cloud migration projects, particularly Azure-to-AWS migrations.
• High energy, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to function independently under pressure.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation with proven ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong relationship-building, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, diverse, and geographically distributed team environment.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
