Role and Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations * Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives (in Agile settings) 2. Technical Oversight * Understand technical requirements and architecture * Communicate effectively with development teams * Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies 3. Stakeholder Management * Act as liaison between tech teams and business units * Translate technical jargon into business language (and vice versa) * Manage expectations and provide regular status updates 4. Budget & Resource Management * Track project costs and manage budgets * Ensure proper allocation and productivity of team members 5. Quality Assurance & Delivery * Ensure project meets quality standards * Oversee testing, deployment, and post-deployment support

The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous projects under development, in Agile development environment, from program inception through production and post-production support. Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution architecture efforts for multiple projects of varying size in an Azure Cloud, microservices based modern architecture
- Develop and execute project plans that ensure assigned projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to the agreed specifications
- Document and present detailed estimates of cost, time, and capability to internal and external project stakeholders
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables against goals, reporting status to project team, supervisor, and business unit leadership on a regular basis
- Coordinate with customers, through Marketing and Sales, to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback
- Guide Project Teams and facilitate communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives
- Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated events
- Work closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to support ongoing life-cycle management of existing products
- Provide feedback regarding employee performance on a program team to the functional manager
- Recommend and steer efforts to adjust existing processes to improve quality or on-time delivery
- Mentor team members with technical and non-technical inputs, and manage their career growth

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with software development project management
- Prior experience with managing teams
- Highly proficient in Agile methodology and it’s related tools
