Responsibilities

PM/Techno Manager position

Skills Required - The candidate should be from Networking/Datacom/Optical Development background and should have moved into management of projects.

Should be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Good Customer/stakeholder management skills.

Good Communication Skills.

Understanding of PnL, Margins would be preferred.

Preferably from Services company as they would have handled similar project management scenarios, quality, delivery, risks, mitigation etc.

Knowledge/certification like PMP or Scrum Certification will be advantage but not mandatory.

Networking / Telecom experience

Core responsibilities

Project planning: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope for telecom-related projects.

Team and resource management: Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and vendors. Manage project resources and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Stakeholder and client communication: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients, communicating project status, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Risk and quality management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Technical oversight: Provide technical direction for the design, implementation, and testing of telecom systems, such as network infrastructure, VoIP, and wireless networks.

Project delivery: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including day-to-day operations, site implementation, and testing and commissioning.
