Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of production scheduling applications across multiple global sites.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with global teams including SAP specialists, DataStream experts, and external implementation partners.
• Drive integration efforts between Kinaxis, PlanetTogether, SAP, and associated systems.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across regions (North America & Europe).
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Establish governance frameworks, conduct review meetings, and provide executive updates.
• Ensure alignment with business goals, production operations, and supply chain processes.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and deployment activities.
• Oversee documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge transfer during go-live stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12–18 years of overall experience, with at least 5–8 years in Technical Project or Program Management.
• Prior experience with

  production scheduling applications

  , supply chain planning tools, or manufacturing systems.
• Strong understanding of

  Kinaxis

  and/or

  PlanetTogether

  (preferred).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-vendor technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules relevant to production and supply chain.
• Proven experience managing multi-site or global rollouts.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Exposure to global vendor management and offshore delivery models.
• Understanding of data migration, integration, and scheduling algorithms.
