Role Job Title: Technical Lead - Computer Vision with Python Programming Location: Visakhapatnam Experience Required: 12-20 years of total experience, with at least 8 years in relevant roles Education: B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT/REC/NIT/IIIT Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in Computer Vision with Python Programming, with a focus on image and video processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, significant hands-on experience in computer vision, and a proven track record of leading technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead a team of computer vision engineers and developers. Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members. Drive the design, development, and deployment of computer vision algorithms and applications. Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within stipulated timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of computer vision solutions. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively. Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision, image processing, and video processing technologies. Conduct research to develop innovative solutions and improve existing methodologies. Publish findings in reputed journals and conferences. Software Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based computer vision codebases. Implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms for image and video analysis. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and documentation. Image and Video Processing: Design and implement algorithms for image enhancement, restoration, and transformation. Develop solutions for video analysis, including object tracking, motion detection, and video summarization. Optimize processing pipelines for real-time performance. System Architecture: Design scalable and efficient architectures for computer vision systems. Integrate computer vision modules with other system components and services. Client Interaction: Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Present technical solutions and demonstrate product capabilities to clients. Provide post-deployment support and address client queries and issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT/REC/NIT/IIIT. Experience: 12-20 years of total experience with at least 8 years in computer vision and Python programming. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and its libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong understanding of computer vision concepts (e.g., object detection, image segmentation, feature extraction). Extensive experience in image processing (e.g., filtering, edge detection, image transformation). Significant experience in video processing (e.g., object tracking, motion analysis, video encoding/decoding). Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks. Experience with software development practices (e.g., version control, unit testing, continuous integration). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
