Title: Technical Manager

Experience Range: 8+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

•Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

• Python Development: Architect, develop, and optimize high-performance backend & front-end services and APIs using Python.

• Microservices Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, distributed systems following microservices principles.

• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best software development practices.

• Scalability & Performance: Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• DevOps & Cloud: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Security & Compliance: Ensure that the system adheres to security best practices and industry standards. • Client Collaboration: Work with clients and project teams to understand business needs and develop high-quality code that meets expectations.

• Application Performance: Optimize applications for multiple delivery platforms, including cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• System Design: Develop low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Integration: Lead the integration of front-end elements with server-side logic and multiple data sources into a unified system.

• Database Management: Design scalable and optimized database schemas and handle large volumes of data efficiently.

• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing using pytest and unittest, ensuring applications are bug-free and perform well.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers within the team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development.

• Expertise in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.

• Strong understanding of product development life cycle / SaaS / Service and experience collaborating with product teams.

• Proficiency in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous processing.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and event-driven architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical technology decisions.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and best practices in Python development.

• Familiarity with serverless architecture such as Azure Functions.

• Experience with deployment tools like Docker, Nginx etc.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, etc.).

• Understanding of Object Relational Mappers (ORMs) such as SQLAlchemy and Django ORM.

• Ability to handle multiple API integrations and write modular, reusable code.

• Strong skills in unit testing, debugging, and code optimization.

• Experience with modern Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, or Flink.

• Full-stack engineering experience in a service or product-based company.

• Exposure to AI/ML projects and data-driven applications.

• Strong understanding of software architecture design principles and best practices.

• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for backend and frontend.

• Experience with Frontend Frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
