Role Overview :

hands-on Technical Manager

.NET Core, MS SQL Server, Azure services, and React.js

This role requires strong technical depth, delivery management at component and service levels, and the ability to guide developers through complex implementations while remaining actively hands-on.

Must Have

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)

• 812 years

  of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in

  .NET Core / C#

  .
• Solid experience with

  MS SQL Server

  and enterprise data modelling.
• Experience building

  cloud-based enterprise or SaaS products

  on

  Microsoft Azure

  .
• Strong understanding of

  microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems

  .
• Working knowledge of

  React.js

  and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  development environments.
• Knowledge of

  DevOps tools

  , infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring practices

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  Digital Twin, IoT, SCADA, CAD/BIM, or Industry 4.0/5.0 platforms

  .
• Experience integrating or supporting

  Unreal Engine, Omniverse, or immersive visualization platforms

• Familiarity with

  AI/ML concepts

  and their application in industrial or enterprise software.
