Job Description: As a Technical Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 15+ engineers, guiding and supporting them in developing scalable and secure architectures for web applications and cloud-based solutions. Your role will involve defining and enforcing architectural guidelines, best practices, and coding standards. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation in projects, ensuring seamless API integrations, and improving application performance and security. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. - Architect and Design scalable, high-availability, and secure architectures for web applications and cloud-based solutions. - Define and enforce architectural guidelines, best practices, and coding standards. - Guide and support development in backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js) technologies. - Design, deploy, and manage AWS-based solutions, leveraging services like S3, CloudFront, ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and others. - Architect microservices-based applications and ensure seamless API integrations. - Improve application performance, scalability, and security through best practices and advanced technologies. - Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using AWS DevOps tools, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. - Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Work with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technical project management. Technical skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka) and protocols like MQTT. - Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL & NoSQL PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes. - Expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, API Gateway, etc.). Preferred Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
